"HAVE TO GIVE A SHOUT OUT TO DON AT VANS!!! I think he was the manager...Superb customer service!! Everyone there that day I was there (this past weekend) shopping was excellent!! Don was an extraodinary standout! He went above and beyond to help me find all the birthday gifts I needed! Give this guy a raise or at least a bonus!! Thank you so much Don! That kind of customer service is so hard to come by these days! Vans is lucky to have you...I mean that! You truly represent Vans vibe! "I walked into the store telling my wife how ugly I thought Vans were and that I would never buy a pair. She wanted to look around so I sat down in front of the shoes. A very nice employee talked to me about the shoes and I found one I actually really liked. They were expensive but I left with a complete 180° mentality towards Vans (and the pair of shoes)."
"Bought a pair of vans for my baby and realized while we were packing they only gave us one shoe, we are flying out and will have no way of returning them due to early flight. Will contact them still and hope for something, Sadly won’t expect much out of it. They need to check the boxes before sending people off, most stores do. Could argue it was our faults as well but hey we’re on vacation and they should be making sure. *update talked to the manager and she sent us the shoe, very helpful and very nice. Rating went up."
