"Had a good experience. Some of the staff very friendly, one I was asking for help originally appeared a bit annoyed. Overall the ones that helped me with my balloons were lovely. Store was cleaned and organized, the cashier was also very nice. The balloons lasted 4 days and were a hit at my party"

"This place is the worst. When I first walked in, I hear 2 people say, “welcome to the party!” I then walked up to one of the two to ask where I’d find certain items, to which I was met with, “welcome to the party!” Seriously!?! You just said it to me when I walked in and there was only one other person in the store. Clearly not paying attention. A few days later, I tried to return one of the unused items, since I didn’t need it, and was told they don’t accept that type of return. Looking at their website, that item isn’t even listed as un-returnable. Never again!"

"I went yesterday, the helium tanks for blow balloons. Runs out quickly and they don’t know when will have. I can may my order for mi party and like 3 years ago Ibought my own tank in the store and you know, the thank was empty. Somebody used and put back and the store to selling again"

"Needed party supplies for an impromptu celebratory event. There were several pre-orders ahead of me. However, after explaining my dilemma to the staff they were more than gracious and accommodating. My wait time was less than expected and I left with the items I needed. Kudos to the entire staff for their customer service and their ability to fulfill my order in such an expeditious manner."
