"They didn't do the job right porting my phone over to T-Mobile. The first rep wasn't knowledgeable enough to do it and the second rep, though more experienced, didn't port my phone number correctly, causing me to follow up the next day for 1 to 2 hours by phone with T-Mobile. I now should probably follow up again as I'm likely being billed for a day I didn't have service. Why is porting a number so difficult?"
