"This company has had my daughter's laptop a few weeks. An expensive one. These people have managed to keep her computer and sell my grandma a used one twice. Both hardly comparable to the one that was dropped off. The excuse is her screen is on back order. Her computer was used maybe twice, the ones traded were worth far less and used much more. Just another scam company. I'll be in tomorrow for my daughter's laptop and a refund."

"WONDERFUL! Nice guy who repaired my water-damaged computer in a few hours, kept me updated (with pictures) through the process. The computer worked perfectly. He was missing a part to turn the keyboard back on. He was nice enough to loan me a keyboard and mouse until the part came in the mail. Fair price too. THANK YOU! UPDATE: went in again to get the last few things fixed up. really went above and beyond to fix my computer, which works perfectly now. thank you again!!!!"
