"I have been in this 5 Below store multiple times since the beginning of January, and it is always such a mess in there!! The first time I thought maybe it was just a busy day, but it’s been that way every tine I’ve been there, and there are a lot of empty spots in the store, like the make up section it has been so empty every time I go!! It’s like they never get any stock in or they are not putting it out?! So frustrating!!!"

"Clean store, friendly staff.. felt a bit weird when the employee took the items from my hand at the self checkout to ring them up instead of letting me do it! Out of 6 checkout stands only one was open so we had to wait for her to checkout the person ahead of us. Not cool!"

"I don’t know what in the world happened this past week of December 10-17 but this store was so unkempt that it looked like it was looted - or at least children ran through and decided to destroy every single display. I felt bad for the workers because I’m not sure if it was even their fault, but I couldn’t help but just laugh at the sheer destruction that plagued this store. As for the item section, it’s good. I’m just curious as to what went down that day because the store was worse than “presentable.”"

"I bought a few items as stocking stuffers off of the five below website for my 13yr old daughter. I have never shopped here before, and I read some very negative reviews online (mostly involving customer service from in store shoppers) so I was nervous of what would arrive in the mail. The items are nice, high quality for the price, I would shop here again."
