"I am writing today regarding my customer experience as I upgraded my old iPhone 10 to an Apple 15 and also changed providers from Verizon to AT&T. The salesman who assisted me through the process was a delight! Gus Munoz at the Beltway store in Las Vegas, is an excellent representative for your company. He is professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. He patiently walked me through the process and never pressured me. In this day and age when customers have many options to take their business, it is refreshing to know there are employees out there with such skill and presence. Thank you, Carla Alston"

"Good service and issues resolved during my visit. However, the sales rep tried to upsell the iPhone 15 pro max 1 terabyte to me even if he knows I don’t need it. It’s a good thing my daughter arrived just before I purchased it. Since we’ve been long-time clients of AT&T, the most I expect from their sales team is honesty. I could have given AT&T a five-star rating if not for this experience."

"Went in with a phone that was absolutely smashed by probably at least five cars, which had data on it that I couldn't retrieve. Also had my new phone, which stopped working when I put the Sim card in the old phone in hopes of trying one more time. Tony helped me and he was so friendly and funny, and we talked about our dogs. He got Lesley, an Asurion person, to come see if we could get my phone data and to let me know if I'd be in any trouble for not being able to erase the contents. Lesley was so personable and patient, and answered a lot of questions while Tony was helping my mom. We got the Sim issue fixed, but weren't able to retrieve my data. Luckily, Lesley assured me I wouldn't be penalized for this. A good trip and great customer service from both. They seem like very nice people and if I need to go to an AT&T store again, this is the one I'm going to. Thanks, Tony and Lesley!"
