"Heather manages this store with excellence, from helping customers find what they need to answering questions and generally running a friendly neighborhood store with exceptional attention to her associates and customers. We enjoyed the variety of available products from holiday wrapping paper to prestigious wines to affordable store brand ibuprofen to coffee filters. The only thing out of stock was a single scissors under $5. We will make this our go to store every trip to Vegas."

"Awful customer experience. Cashier couldn’t take my credit card and then straight up denied me service. Excuse me, I have money. You definitely won’t be getting it though. There’s a 7-11 right down the street. There is a reason that CVS is King. Their customer service is far superior to yours, and I’ll staying as one of their loyal customers."

"I was able to get checked in right away at the pharmacy, but they forgot about me. I sat down right in front of the pharmacy so they could see me. The older Asian man told me to give him 20 minutes and he'd call my name. I waited at least an hour, if not more. He never called my name and disappeared. I never saw him in there again. I had to get back in line while a different pharmacist ignored everyone in line. He only focused on the vehicles in drive-through. He didn't acknowledge us waiting. He even allowed a random guy who cut the line to buy syringes. He helped that guy instead of all of us waiting in line forever! There was a toothless woman working with him. She ignored everyone as well, which is weird because she talked to me right when I checked in. It's like she got amnesia. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"I’d do a one star but I know it’s not the employees fault so I can’t do that. The pharmacy is where I struggle. I have put through about 5 different prescriptions in the past five months for a variety of things. Non are narcotic. Todays is simple. Eye drops for pink eye. 5 out of 5 of these have been out of stock, delayed, requiring auth that they don’t follow through with. I can’t get medication I need. Can only imagine how others feel. Don’t bother calling. You will just get frustrated with how little your time matters to them. And most likely hung up on after waiting for forty minutes. Meanwhile you’ll be expected to respect their time. This world… Again I am not reviewing the staff. They have always been relatively pleasant. But the logistics of this pharmacy are what needs TLC. I have been with Walgreens pharmacy since 2008 but this location is why I am no longer going to be dealing with Walgreens Pharmacy ever again. They need to do better with their internal operations."

"Went in to grab mascara not realizing you have to wait for the old racist hag running the department to unlock literally every beauty product. We waited about 10 minutes while she took her sweet time laughing and chatting with the white customers. My daughter asked her to unlock one of the doors and she was told that she needed to wait. Once she finally came around to us she was rude and unpleasant. She handed us the mascara and told us we could go wherever to check out and she walked off. She didn’t have any other customers waiting so she could have easily checked us out in the beauty department. She clearly has a preference on what type of customer she is happy to help. It’s quite shocking that you think your job at the Walgreens beauty counter entitles you to discriminate against people."
