Mabel's BBQ

"First time to visit Mables and the atmosphere is very laid back. The FOOD IS PHENOMENAL! Good portions and well seasoned. The meats are so tender and juicy and fall off the bone. The coleslaw has a unique flavor. The pork and sausage are delicious and the sausage has a hint of heat that doesn't overwhelm. As for service it was wonderful and I understand why the service is a wee bit slow but worth it when your food comes. I would definitely RECOMMEND this restaurant if you are coming to Vegas or are natives to the city."

"Mabel’s BBQ is a newer spot at the Palms casino and resort. Tried it for the first time last night and it was pretty delicious and tasty. It’s not your typical BBQ spot since they had a different twist to it. But it was all so delicious. They have a lot to choose from on the menu. They have a BBQ menu and typical BBQ sides to go with it. They have combos they have put together to choose from as well. They have weekly specials to choose from as well. The food and the atmosphere were good and mellow and not too crowded and did not have to wait a long to get seated. The food came out pretty quickly. The server was nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend checking it out when you’re in town. I had the loaded baked potatoes, and it had cheese sauce, chopped brisket, green onions, and sour cream and bacon, with a side of shells and cheese and pit beans. So tasty! The crispy shrimp were also delicious. I will definitely check them out again when I come back to the area."

"Oh my gosh did I love it here!! The food was absolutely amazing & the bartenders were good. I just wish that the beer that I wanted from the menu was in stock, went back to back days and tried to get it both times but they were out. Overall, loved it and if I’m in the Palms again I’ll definitely be eating here!"

"So we've been to the Palms a few times, and we finally got to check out this place. We went after an awesome concert at The Pearl. There was a wait, but it was only like 5 minutes. Our server was very helpful and informative. We decided on the brisket nachos and the 1/2 chicken. The food came out within a reasonable time, and the temperature was perfect. The food was delicious, and we were in heaven. Definitely will be returning here on our next visit."

"Mabel's BBQ is of my favorite BBQ joints in Las Vegas! A great place to grab a bite to eat and watch a game. Plenty of TVs everywhere and live music on Friday & Saturday nights make for a vibrant atmosphere. Staff is really friendly and attentive. Service is pretty quick. The food was full of flavors and so delicious. Great selection of beers and drinks. We enjoyed it so much, that we had to come back before the end of our trip. Mabel's did not let me down. Well done Chef Michael Symon! I enjoyed a Father's day special, pulled pork and brisket sandwich with several tastings of beer and a shot of whiskey. My fiancé absolutely loved the baked potato. Mabel's is located in the Palms Casino Resort. We highly recommend if you are looking for a BBQ restaurant or have a large group."
