"I called this store twice to make sure that they would buy the shoes i was selling, some Jordan 1 Oakland, I was told I'd get paid whatever stock x has listed for their price. I waisted am hour goby to this place just so this guy could look at the shoes for a second and said "nah I I'm m good". Terrible service, will never come back here"

"I had hoped to purchase a pair of running shoes for my son as a graduation gift, but unfortunately, our shopping experience was less than satisfactory. We encountered a difficulty when my son was not permitted to try on both pairs of shoes. While I was willing to make a compromise, we were met with a discourteous response from one of the employees, who happened to be a white male. His unprofessional manner of handling the situation left me quite disappointed, and I found this to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This negative encounter came as no surprise, given the poor reviews that I had read previously. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this store to anyone, and I suggest that others do not waste their time there."
"I Jess ordered 2 Jordans online got an email my order was ready. I call the store cause I’m out of state to see if my wife can pick it up cause the shoes is for her for her bday. Was told she can’t they need to see my ID and my PayPal account used to purchase it. Ok I understand that part but I call back to see how long they can hold it for I won’t be In till 2weeks was told they can’t hold it I have to cancel my order but she can come in and purchase it herself WTH it beats the purpose it’s for her bday present. I’ve bought multiple shoes from you folks and with this happening I ain’t buying shoes from you folks again. I’m taking my business and money elsewhere."
