"I was visiting this store on December 6, 2023 to make a return for a pair of shoes that I wore for a week, this purchase was under the return terms according to the purchase date, but one of the employees told me that they were used and that I had to return it like brand new. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me the same thing, that they were not in a position to accept them. Very bad experience in this location. Fortunately I managed to return them to another store."

"Great selection, but absolutely no help can be found on the floor .. We finally went up front found 3 employees just chatting away when asked for help we ( older seniors) were met with a huh. And no help. Soooo we left the 3 pr of shoes that we were able to find in the basket and left. Now, it gets 3 stars because the store is clean and there is an amazing selection. So if you don't mind self service and know just what you want. It's not bad. Recommendation 65%"
