"HEATHER !!! I can say having Heather assist me at the Las Vegas store really helped me select 4 pair of work boots. She's the Best. Love the "Welcome In" greeting everyone gets entering the store, puts everyone at ease. Boots were shipped to my home within 6 days (including a weekend). NO break in period needed for these Wolverine Colorado Steel Toe work boots, they are not too heavy, even though they have steel toes, very satisfied. Have already told coworkers and friends about Rack Room shoes/ Heather, all positive. They are at the Las Vegas Premium Outlet Mall, Las Vegas Blvd. and Warm Springs, closer to the south end of the mall"
"First time ordering from this company. I tried to order shoes online and the coupon wouldn't work so I called customer service to help. He was nice, but after being on the phone for 30 min, the code still didn't work and charged me for the full amount. He said he would refund for the coupon amount. After that, I never received a confirmation email from the company but screenshotted my information after I ordered. I called the store for pick up information, and a woman named Neesha answered. I explained to her that I never received an email and wanted to see if my shoes were ready for pick up. She asked my information and said yes. I again explained that I never got an email and I didn't know what the status of my shoes were. I got off early from work to make it before they closed; when I walked in, I wasn't greeted and I walked up to the counter and noticed a woman wiping down the register. I said I had a pick up and she didn't even acknowledge me and continued to clean the register. I walked away and after a few minutes she asked what I needed. I repeated and she got my shoes. I showed her my screenshots and my ID and she said she wouldn't take that and I couldn't have my shoes. I explained again that I talked to her on the phone and said I didn't have an email. She said she wouldn't help and that I needed to call the manager in the morning. I then explained that I got off early and she should have said that on the phone when I talked to her the she wouldn't help. I asked for another manager and she said she was the only ASM there. I noticed another worker and asked who that was. She went and got him and his name was Sam. He said he was the other ASM and was there to help. He was so kind and friendly. I explained and showed him my screenshots and ID and he was able to override it in the system and was very helpful. If Neesha could do everything Sam could, she could have easily helped me with my shoes. She refused to help and give any sort of customer service at all; extremely rude. She lied on several different occasions and had horrible customer service. She even refused to give her name when I asked for it. What ASM behaves this way? Overall, the shoes are adorable and I love them, but the customer services from this woman has put a bad taste in my mouth with this company."
"Busy! Good prices and selection. Checkout took a while, because only one person was on the register."
"I purchased sneakers online for $61 because I cannot afford transportation... they sent me the wrong shoes all together. To exchange, I need to go to the store, which is 19 miles away, though I do not have a car. To get refund I have to pay for the insurance because if shoes do not make it to factory, I'll lose all of the money. They should not be allowed to sell online if their customers are not even going to get what they paid for and will have to pay additional money JUST TO GIVE THE WRONG SHOES BACK. This should be illegal"
"Perfect place for back to school shoe shopping! Aside from their buy one get one at 50% off, stop by the information desk to get a shopping passport to save $10 on your purchase."
