Amy is so knowledgeable about the brand and told me they can take a size smaller and change the uppers to a new larger footbed for me! I never would’ve thought that was possible! But the customer service was amazing and so patient with try to find the style I wanted but not having in my size it. Loved the fact that they do repairs there too! "Horrible experience! I drove all the way from Henderson to see if they accept birkenstock returns and also to see if they have a certain clog for my husband. The lady that was there was extremely rude and short. She said no, we don't accept returns from online... which was fine with me. Then I asked if they had clogs. She said, " No, we are all out. We have 5 left, and they are suede or a certain leather. And we only have big sizes. Then she turned away. She had no idea what I was looking for. She just had many excuses on why she wasn't going to sell anything to me. Again, the clogs weren't for me. I've pulled out the race card 3 times in my years, and this will be one of the times. Lady, God bless you, and I hope you don't treat everyone of a different ethnicity like this! Everyone else in there was taken care of very well as I saw while looking around."
