"Went to buy the wife some work shoes. B.O.G.O Is a SCAM. Beware. Bought one pair of work shoes and a pair of crocs for the 2nd pair half off. The crocs were not part of the deal. So we just left the store. Apparently theres a fine print that excludes certain brand names. Like nike, crocs, and others. You keep having exclusions like this, you're going to end up like Sears and kmart. I ended up buying from Amazon."
"Love the customer service! Greeted by every associate I encountered. Very rare to experience that in a store nowadays... I had gone in to purchase shoes as a gift and was unsure on sizing, after I left the store, I found out what size I actually needed to purchase. I called and asked if they could hold the correct shoe size for me and Erica was so helpful, she had the shoes for me when I came back later that day. Exchange process was so easy! They have a rewards program you can sign up for, earn $15 after spending $200. They also have Buy One Get One 50% off specials."
