We showed up here on 7/23/22 at 4:00 in the afternoon and it looked closed, only 4 cars in the lot. My friend walked up to the door, opened it and said it was very dark and smelled of terrible smoke. It did not seem right so we left. Something is seriously wrong with this place."

"Fun games and you get free game tokens with every purchase at the food and drink counter. The alligator bites were very good. I took a star away for the following reasons. CASH ONLY, didn't know this before I went so I had limited funds. There is a ATM in the building but I don't like to have to pay the fees to get money. The kitchen was closed when our group arrived. Just getting off work on a Friday night I like to have food with my drinks. The kitchen reopened after about a hour and a half so we where able to eat eventually. The party wound down pretty quickly though with everybody drinking on empty stomachs. Most only stayed for 2 or 3 hours before going home."

"I originally wanted to give this place a 1 star, but I just want to say it was night and day visiting bourbon Street on late shift versus the evening shift. I couldn’t even get a drink while I was gambling for about 2 hours. There’s this blond I think her name is Tina and she ignored me and when I have for a drink she was rude to me. It’s not like she was busy. I’ve been in a few times and got the same bad service from her each time. I went in after her shift one night and the service Candice and Carlos was great. They actually acknowledged that I was there without being over bearing. They were busy with a group of a younger crowd playing your arcade games but that never stopped them from paying attention to me and making sure I was taking care of the entire time I was there. I now only go on their shift because I know I’m going to get great service and have people actually acknowledge me."
