"This is a great stopping point on your way to Reno. Excellent customer service and great room. We stayed for one night ate at the grill which was delicious and the casino bar was great also. Very friendly people and great atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Rooms are clean and tidy however the pipe noise from upstairs units (see video) is unbearable and fixable. Management fixed the situation. The motel is attached to a casino and bar also."

"The rooms themselves were actually in fine condition and the price was very good. We had two rooms - and discovered the one for my mother and daughter had no water!! Talked to the front desk and she suggested my 85 yr old mother walk to the lobby to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (it was 33F out!). After much talking they finally agreed to move her room. That one had water but only one bed! Why would you assign someone to a room without water and not even mention it at checkin? Definitely should have been handled better."

"I did not actually stay here, but was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk person. When I couldn't make it to the hotel, I called Best Western, and they basically told me "Tough Luck". Then I called the hotel and Brea was very understanding and cancelled my reservation. This act of kindness hives me a good idea about the overall level of service provided by the local staff. I will stay there on my next trip"

"Room 126 Quiet, bed was ok. Room had a heart shaped tub!! Room smelled a bit musty. Discovered that the carpet adjacent to the hot tub was soaking wet. Called the front desk. Said they'll bring in a fan tomorrow morning and offered to change my room. There was no smoky smell. Pillows were ok. A/C worked very well. Soap, shampoo etc plus an ironing board were provided. Gigantic parking lot The check in desk was in the casino and it stunk of cigarette smoke. No way would I go to the restaurant."
