"EDIT: after leaving the restaurant we noticed our rental car was broken into. The employee at Enterprise says this happens often in this area, so BE CAREFUL! REVIEW: Delicious! Service was relatively quick considering they were busy and had a lot of door dash orders. Service was great, server was attentive. Food was so good!"
"Recently tried Shinjuku Ramen. The hours appealed to me. You should check their site for the latest, but I liked they advertised they’re open 24 hours some days. I tried their green tea. Enjoyed the pour! Also tried their homemade gyoza, black garlic oil ramen. Got to go: tonkotsu ramen, gyoza and their assorted croquette. Everything was delicious! Service was excellent. I’ll be back and recommend. I noticed a steady flow is takeout orders being picked up. Also good number of customers eating in restaurant."
"Showed up for lunch the other day with a coworker. Atmosphere was very relaxed and I really enjoyed the decor. The food was excellent and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the pork katsu curry and it hit the spot. Server was great as well, she was very attentive and personable. Would definitely visit again"
"On Nov 19, 2023, my family and I were in the mood for some ramen, so we conducted a Google searching spree to find a restaurant we haven't tried yet and found this one. When we walked in, I immediately noticed how nice the décor was; it had a comfortable blend of both rustic and modern themes. I also noticed how tiny the waiting area was...it was challenging to stand there with all the other folks picking up online orders. I was a little annoyed at first because when we walked in, we had to stand there for a while (maybe 3 minutes) and no one even acknowledged our presence (even though they can see us standing there). The fact that there were ~6 tables open and we couldn't be seated right away was also a little annoying. I mean at least tell us to seat ourselves, or greet us, or something. Aside from that, the overall service here was adequate - really, it was just one employee that was less than adequate. I suspect that this one incident isn't indicative to their everyday operations...maybe this employee was new? We ended up ordering the following: Homemade Gyoza, Chicken Hirata Bun, Pork Hirata Bun, Chicken Spicy Miso Ramen, Pork Miso Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen, Strawberry Crepe Cake, Matcha Crepe Cake, and UBE Ice Cream. Everything was so flavorful and I really enjoyed the ramen broth! The gyoza was different but in a good way; the flavor and texture was perfect. The Hirata Buns tasted excellent; however, I wasn't a fan of the bun texture - it wasn't as soft (pillowy) as I'm accustomed to. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have fresh bean sprouts or fried garlic as ramen "add-in" options, but that's just a personal preference and doesn't reflect my overall rating and/or review of this business...not a showstopper. The desserts were outstanding and I would love to go back and try some of the other dessert options on their menu. The price-to-quantity/quality ratio is reasonable. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our experience here and although I've had better experiences at other ramen restaurants in the Las Vegas-Henderson-Summerlin areas, I still recommend this place to everyone."
"I really wanted to like this place. I’m always open to trying any ramen place I haven’t been to, and Shinjuku was next on the list. It’s a small place, and about half full on Friday night when I went, about 10pm after at a show at The Sphere. First, I’ll say that service was very pleasant and friendly, But the food is where it’s lackluster. We ordered shrimp tempura (just what I craved) and got one of the black garlic ramen and one of the signature ramen dishes — the creamy tom yum ramen. The shrimp tempura was fine. The ramen…. both were just so full of oil. About half an inch on the top of the broth was just floating oil. I’m not against greasy food but this…. This ain’t it. It was hard to gauge the real flavor of the black garlic broth because of this oil. The tom yum soup wasn’t quite as greasy but ramen noodles and tom yum just don’t go together, I think. It was worth a shot but naaah. Also, I’m not a fan of these noodles. They lack the chewiness that places like Ramen Sora’s noodles have. They have crepe cakes so we decided to split the matcha crepe cake. This was decent - the matcha sauce was delightful and once we took apart the crepe stake into half and dipped in that size, the dessert was good. I believe it was around $8. Unless you are a huge fan, this one was worth ordering to split between two people. Overall, we have too many good joints in Vegas to go back here but they’re open 24 hours! It’s well past time that Vegas goes back to being 24 hours everywhere so for that, +1!"
