"Why is there a cash only sign on the card reader only when the white lady with the long dark hair is working at midnight? I've talked to the other cashiers who tell me that the card reader IS working she just doesn't like dealing with credit or debit cards. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay an extra 2 dollars at the ATM to get cigarettes because she doesnt want to use the card reader.Can something be done about this or do I need to go to corporate because I'm sick of this"

"I work next door to this Dottys so I'm here on breaks and lunch and I'm frustrated that I'm not offered even a bottle of water. Mary, the worker, is quick to welcome Steve and some others. Before they even get to sit down, Mary is there offering cocktails... I can't drink because I'm working so I want water but she doesn't even approach me. I like the Asian fella he's nice. But now I've had it and will not visit or spend my money at this Dottys... I'll cross the street and spend and LOSE my money over there. Thanks Mary for the horrible experience."

"I just had the worst customer service at Dotty’s on Charleston and Meadows in Las Vegas, Nevada . My friend and I walked in to buy cigarettes. I am 55 and my friend is 62. We waited approximately 5 mins before an employee came out from the back. She told us to get our ids out, which we did. Then she said she would be with is in a few minutes. She finally spoke to us and we ordered the cigarettes and she said she needed to see our is which we had in our hands. She took my if and looked at it for awhile and asked where the expiration date was. I showed her, she said it was expired, she was looking at the Issued Date. My friend then said we would buy our cigarettes elsewhere and walked out. I have had rude service here before but this time they lost my business"
