"Hapend friday March 15,2025 Around 10am Have a service dog Short guy working there in rhe morning kicked me out saying my dog was no service dog.i have paperwork proofing he is Go there a lot to buy ciggarets always with my dog never had issue . This guy already gave me twice issues before I will wait on a respond because I did call the complained line,if they don't call me I will Provide my paperwork and go from there This guy need to be stopped or need costumerservice trying Tanja"

"If you enjoy being harassed and losing your money then Dotty's is the place for you. There is no other business in the city where I'm consistently badgered than Dotty's. They even pull out a cell phone to scan and take a picture of your ID which is crazy . I'm almost 50 and have lived here 20 years and have never experienced this kind of harassment at any other casinos or gambling establishments .do yourself a favor and go somewhere.. anywhere else"

"This location has always been the closest to my house, but it is always my favorite!! Michelle used to work at this location and has now changed, that’s the drawback, however, Brandon is still there…and he is undoubtedly my favorite! He has to put up with so many different situations…and he handles it so well. From other patrons in at the same time as myself, it is obvious he is everyone else’s favorite as well. I would highly recommend this place, but only if you want a chance at winning on the machines and having a terrific time."
