"Our family recently booked a stay at the Isle over spring break, aiming to provide a fun and relaxing experience for our children and a moment of relaxation for my wife and me. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met due to unforeseen circumstances concerning the hotel’s amenities. Firstly, one of the primary reasons for choosing this establishment was the advertised access to a hot tub and pool. These amenities were particularly appealing as they promised a blend of entertainment for our children and a relaxation option for us. Regrettably, upon arrival, we discovered the hot tub was completely closed off for maintenance. This was a disappointment, especially since we had been looking forward to relaxing moments there. Moreover, the pool availability was significantly compromised. It was open for only a very short time during our stay due to an incident where a child cut their foot on the bottom of the pool. This unforeseen event further reduced our ability to enjoy the facilities as planned. We understand that accidents and maintenance issues can happen; however, these amenities were a central part of why we booked our stay, particularly during a busy spring break period aimed at family fun and relaxation. The lack of access to the pool and hot tub significantly impacted our experience, leaving us unable to enjoy the primary activities we had anticipated."

"Waited in line 17 minutes to get a players card, 6 windows and only 1 open. Non smoking section very small and could still smell smoke. Didn't win but didn't expect to. Mesquaki Casino pays out better and majority of casino is no smoking. Really disappointed."

"My family and I stayed at the hotel this past weekend. Our rooms were dirty. We found someone else’s dirty socks in the room. We also found crumbs and dirt under the beds. We did not have a desk chair in our room and were missing some of the pillows. Our ceiling fan would make a really loud noise while running. We had to shut it off because it was so loud. The room was warm and the coolest we could get the temp was 65 and with out using the fan the room did not cool down. The comforter was clearly dirty we went and bought a blanket to use. When we ate at the restaurant at the casino they lost our reservation. It was not a good experience and not a place I would recommend staying at again. Definitely not worth the price we payed for king suits."
