"Took a short hike on my new hip! It was great! Hard a$$ climb down hill then up hill in the mud. I felt like it was spring weather, winter body. Once I caught my breath I checked the view at the top. Park building wasn't open but a Ranger was there and chatted with me anyway. I live a friendly face and she was very helpful. Glad to get out of the car and have a walk. Saw what looked like a wild honey bee nest high up in a tree."
"Good place for fishing and waterfall hunting. Ramp need improvements and they don’t have a floating dock. A lot of people traffic no matter the day but weekends you better go without hurry. Nice sunsets and some sand banks to chill with the family. Medium to small size parking lot and a small in and out gravel road so if you are new in the area watch out with the one vehicle pass bridge, speeding is not a option."
