"Just a really nice store. Not your typical big box furniture store. Cristina was one of the best sales agent friendly and accommodating. We recently purchased a new retirement home and instead of bringing our old furniture decided to get new bed. Unbelievable bed NEW and very comfortable. The price was amazing. "BUYER BEWARE! These are off label, cheap motel mattresses. I purchased a King size mattress from Jim who introduced himself as the Owner and repeatedly stated they sell new mattress, which I thought was weird but dismissed it as him being overzealous. The mattress was delivered a few days later. I slept on the mattress for one night, tossed and turned, and felt like I was sleeping on plywood. I woke up Stiff, Pain in neck, upper and lower Back pain, very tired, couldn’t concentrate, scattered due to poor sleep. The pain persisted and affected my ability to do my job in the ED. I called the store right when it opened and expressed that the mattress caused me pain and distress. Christina tried to work with me and originally stated they do not do refunds. After expressing significant concerns of my pain and refusing to sleep on the mattress another night, I demanded a refund and to speak with management. Eventually JIM called my back, never introduced himself and started yelling at me, accusing me of being disingenuous about my pain. I requested he call back when he can speak with his customer professionally and appropriately, He HUNG UP. They finally agreed to refund 80% but still charged me $80 to pick up mattress. I wanted the mattress out of my home immediately. A week later still have NOT received my refund. If you decide to buy mattress be 150% sure. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and inappropriate management. Would never recommend or buy here again. Complete NIGHTMARE!!"

"Had the best experience at Half Price Mattress. Christina was amazing to work with and assisted me with my purchase. As soon as I walked in I was greeted but not smothered. I told her her the type of bed I was looking for and she showed me a variety of beds in many different price ranges. She gave me room to browse at my pleasure. The beds are amazing and we were able to get same day delivery. I highly recommend this store. The customer service I received was top notch. It has been awhile since I received friendly service without high pressure sales. I really felt that she wanted me to get something that I wanted and in my price range."
