"They run a mobile service now. Called & came by my house within 45 minutes. Brad (if I remember correctly this is his name) knew exactly what was wrong per my description. Replaced the part in no time at all - did a great job. Could have done it blindfolded. Reasonable amount for repair & parts. Charged a bit extra for gas - no biggie - worth having him drive here than me dropping it off somewhere else to be fixed. Recommend him anytime."

"Had the experience of a door-to-door Kirby salesman today, and I have never been so aggressively sold in my entire life. The salesman rushed into our home without my approval and forced a “demo“ on my husband and I while we were getting ready for work. The salesman legitimately asked me to pull my husband out of the shower while he was getting ready to go to his job on the military base, and would not leave me alone until I spoke with my husband. When we decided that he sale was just too expensive for us at the moment, the salesman began guilting me and pointing out things in my home that my husband and I had previously spent money on, i.e. our TV, and appliances he could see. Tom, the salesman, was exceptionally rude to me once we had decided against the sale. I had not asked them to come into my home or to demonstrate this demo, this was forcibly put onto my husband and I and we were belittled for not going with them! My mother had a Kirby vacuum for many years and I was interested, but after this sale I never want to have anything to do with Kirby again. I am absolutely floored at the aggressive nature of their service. I have never been talked down to so much by a salesman in my life, and these salespeople just do not know when to stop. I can’t believe that any person in this world would buy from Tom from Kirby. Absolutely appalling"

"I called 4/9/2014 and talked to Jerry, he was wonderful and patient, I had a central vac motor belt break and we girls took it apart and he had a belt to fix and cleaned motor and put back together for me... He also said he can fix motor if broke. So I will definitely go back for any vacumn needs!! Great service 2016 needed motor ordered and replace. Just took back again, motor issues and hair always go to these guys, fixed again! 12/20 still going for repairs!"

"Need to replace the belts on my vacuum cleaner they had the belts in stock same price seen as Amazon and I do not have to pay shipping and handling or wait 2 or 3 days for it. customer service was excellent and very hopeful recommend this place highly."
