"The girl taking my order forgot 2/3 of it. When I politely asked her if I could have the rest of it after 15 minutes waiting, she gave me the wrong cone. When I tried to have her correct it she said she didn't care. Wow. I've been in the service industry for 10 years and never been that rude to a customer, even if they deserved it. Which I certainly didn't because I was nothing but polite. I wish I could take my tip back."

"I was about to leave the Omega Mart to catch my flight when I saw the boba shop and thought I would grab a quick drink. Since I was in a rush I asked the lady how long it would take to make a drink to which she replied one minute. Instead it took over 10 and I almost missed my fight. To top it off it wasn’t even good, it had no flavor and the boba was like mush. It was most definitely not worth $8, especially since it was the smallest size option. The cup was covered in caramel sauce and got my hands all sticky. I know a one star review seems harsh but if an employee is going to lie to me to get my business I’m going to leave a one star review."

While the price point of $13 per drink feels steep, the size justifies it, making it perfect for sharing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it, adding a sweet note to our adventure. It had the perfect amount of ice, it was super tasty, and the cups were so cute. I thought the workers were very friendly and kind too."
