"So I went over to 711 last night to buy a pack of Cheetos the $2.69 , the advertised price that’s printed on the bag, but the clerk tried charging me 2.99 , so I ask her why was she charging more . For an item that clearly advertised $2.69 on the bag. She tells me she don’t know , her boss charges what he wants to charge, this is his store. So it maybe go and check the price on a lot of pass purchase I have made What is at this 711 on items that are advertised at clear price. And find out that yes I have been over charged. Now I don’t know if the public cares about the things happen in their neighborhood . But I do , because they’re taken advantage and stealing from us, because they know this in the only close neighborhood store that’s within walking distance. So when I told the lady to remove the chips, and I told her that I would be reporting her boss. She got very angry, and ruled and didn’t want to give me my money back. Even with the Newport , I don’t know the rules regarding tobacco. But when a price is being changed ever two three day. Something has to be wrong. A few day ago I walked over to get a cup of fresh coffee and didn’t see any creamer are sugar out . So I ask one of the clerks, and was told their behind the counter. And if I wanted some I’ll have to ask. So I walk over a land ask the clerk for Yeah four creamers , and she tells me . Her boss only allows them to give two out . What the heck , kind of service is that . You buy a cup of coffee and you have to make it the way they want you too??? I can only use the amount of creamer you want me to use. She tells me if I want more I would have to pay for extra creamer smh . Something need to be done about this .and I tell you what this is only the start of this complaint. What happen to 711 being the place you can enjoy a cup of fresh coffee."

"As i work i look for the fresh salads. How are the salads labeled fresh when its always brown. 7-Eleven needs to do something about this for the price of the salads to go up the quality is not good."

"This is one of the best 7-11 locations..They get busy being on that corner, and shoplifting is a constant battle for them. And still, The employees are friendly and helpful, especially if you are a regular. They always have parmesan for the pizza!"

"Perfect! I love 7-Eleven, and it has become a part of my personal life. I am now an extremely loyal customer, and I hope to be for the rest of my life. All 7-Eleven stores are perfect to me, and The 7-Eleven at this location is no different."

"Faced discriminatory behavior and complete disrespect. I can't even come here anymore because of how they make me feel when they treat me so poorly. When I do, two certain employees act childish and rude to me, such as: rolling their eyes, mumbling (and rudeness when I can't hear them for obvious reasons), speaking inappropriately about me behind my back, condescending language, dirty looks, glaring, scoffs, and downright just purposely being difficult. The 2 employees are the young black male and young (possibly) Indian female. Mainly, it is the Male who displays callousness and unprofessional behavior. I do not deserve to be treated like I'm worth less. All I ask for is simple, human, decent kindness. There is absolutely no need to make me, a customer to this establishment, feel this way. I feel hurt and violated. I have, in no way, personally done anything to deserve this poor treatment. For those that want excellent service and friendliness, I recommend walking to the nearby Green Valley Grocery that is to the left, heading north up Nellis. The address is 4385 N Nellis Blvd. They are open 24hrs as well, but are a much much better establishment with outstanding and kind employees."
