"This 7-11 is a monstrosity! Between the constant barrage of homeless people inside and outside the store that you have to walk past to shop and the horrible staff; I would shop elsewhere! The clerk sold alcohol to a man without an ID (he borrowed one from some dude outside) in front of me after watching me turn down allowing him to use mine for the purchase. They are over priced and the store is always empty. What they do have us ridiculously overpriced!"

"Very rude and poor customer service . The woman who works Friday evenings is very rude and yelled and screamed in my face over a simple accident between the Big Gulp cups. I accidently was taking the Super Big ones instead of regular , even tho my father usually says give us the biggest cup . So rather then just say "hey you grabbed the wrong cup" she chose to yell and scream in our faces tell us to never come back to the store which won't be a problem for me , it was the most rude and unprofessional customer service behavior I've ever seen in my life over something as simple as that . I'll also be contacting 7/11 customer service about this experience"
