"Terrible customer service. Why don’t you have someone who speaks and or understands English working to assist customers. It’s 9am and it took 30 min for a 5 min order. She had no idea what I’m asking for and I simply wanted a donut and sandwich. It’s frustrating repeating over and over and had to wait until a customer who was bilingual came in. I should have left, but I already invested so much time thinking she understood. I try to support local businesses and chains but I fail to understand a business that does not require an employee to be able to communicate with customers. Not going back here."

"I placed an order for 2.5 dozen donuts through uber eats. I then called the store to request that at least one jelly filled donut was in ther for my daughters birthday. The woman who answered the phone didnt speak english and hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again while i was talking. I will never in my life come here or order again. SERVICE IS AWFUL!!"
