7-Eleven

"This 711 is on a convenient corner but I will tell you beware if you use your credit card here. I've had to close 3 credit cards because a transaction was fraud - each time was immediately after using the credit card at the pumps here. Not only me, my wife as well. So I stopped going here for a year. This past weekend I had to stop for gas quick. And guess what? More fraud charges after visiting 711 on Russell and grand canyon. What is the likelihood it's just coincidence? Get gas elsewhere. Edit: the link the reply has is just to submit another review. Honestly, don't get gas here. It's too risky and the owners let people install the credit card skimmers. Facts."

"Customer service is mediocre on a good day, lines are typically long and incredibly poorly managed by employees who all act like they have somewhere better to be. Cashiers can be kind, but this is rare, and other cashiers don't appear to know the meaning of the word, treating customers as abrasively as possible to ensure they don't return. The speedee mart across the street is significantly better in every aspect."

"Your Saturday morning cashier, Tanya cannot handle any kind of busy line. She has even been rude to several other customers whilst in a line that spanned across the whole store. This has happened on multiple occasions"

"I can’t even believe I’m having to write this review, but I do believe it’s necessary. My family and I go to this 7/11 everyday it’s apart of a daily routine. We have always been met with smiles and great customer service, but today was beyond disheartening and frightening to be quite frank. I was yelled and cussed at by an employee who was not even assisting me with my purchase. Not only was her behavior unacceptable and shocking she then got her associates to come outside and threaten me and my children’s life. She herself also came outside while she was on the clock to continue to yell and threaten me. Afraid and trapped in my car, I called the police right away, but that will not fix the fact that I no longer feel safe going to this store. I can not believe the owner would allow someone with no respect for their establishment or care for their customers to work there. When I requested the owners name and contact information I was denied it, so I was forced to bring my grievances here. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my neighborhood it was horrible.( I do want to say thank you to the employee helping me, Casey, for remaining professional and kind even with her coworkers unacceptable behavior)."

"The first 7-Eleven store in the whole entire valley with employees that have a heart for people whom which need to use the restroom. All other7-Eleven stores in the valley should get training on human kindness from theses employees here. The most pleasant experience I've ever had in a 7-Eleven in my entire lifetime. Store was very clean and in order and the bathroom was very clean as well. Awesome people (Mary and coworker) about their customers. !!!!!"
