"An absolute gem! From the warm ambience to the exquisite flavors, every aspect of dining at Zuma was top-notch. The dishes are expertly crafted, bursting with authentic traditional Japanese flavors that tantalize the taste buds. Service was impeccable, ensuring a memorable dining experience."
"Zuma is a STUNNING restaurant. It’s clean, dimly lit, with a cool vibe. You can go for a nice dinner date or for drinks with friends to celebrate a birthday or really anything. The menu is Japanese and lovely. My mom and I only did a few appetizers as we had dinner plans with friends in a couple hours but I plan to go back for more. We ordered the yellowtail sashimi, the prawn and black cod gyoza, the fried calamari, the semi fatty tuna nigiri, the sake marinated chicken wings and an absolutely beautiful dessert: the exotic chewan mushi. Plus a mojito because it’s the only alcoholic drink I actually enjoy! The yellowtail sashimi was all for me as my mom doesn’t eat fish. It had a slight fishy taste which was shocking as the sauce and garlic - in my opinion- would’ve numbed that but it was still a nice combination of flavours. The prawn and black cod gyoza are normally something I don’t order but with the ponzu dipping sauce and perfect crisp cookery it was rather delightful! Also, rather impressed with how many we got. I was expecting three max and was happy to see they gave us a good portion. The fried calamari had the perfect amount of batter. So thin that it allowed for a slight crunch and wasn’t overly chewy! I do wish there was a dipping sauce but it was enjoyable to eat. Surprisingly light! The sake marinated chicken wings were for my mom - I had a bite but I’m not a chicken fan. They are my mom’s favourite though. I love the use of lime at this restaurant. Everything tastes so fresh! A small hint of lime really elevates a dish. The last two dishes were my favourites of my whole 3 nights of dining in Vegas. The semi fatty tuna nigiri was melt in your mouth goodness. I’m a nice daughter so I ordered the semi fat instead of fully fat. My mom doesn’t eat raw fish so since she was paying I went semi and I couldn’t stop giggling after my two bites! There’s something special about fatty tuna and next time I may just eat all tuna nigiri and the dessert. Simply perfection. We ordered this coconut, passion fruit, mango dessert and when it came out it was beautiful! The biscuit on the side is flakey and breaks apart easily. It was just… heavenly. I don’t know what else to say. I think my eye balls popped out of my head with that first bite. 12/10! I also had a mojito to drink which was quite a lot for me. I don’t drink so when I do I like a more… non alcoholic tasting drink haha. This drink was STRONG. I muddled the mint a lot and stirred down the ice so I was able to drink it but dang was it a lot at first sip! I am a bit of a weakling with drinking so honestly - do order it - I am sure you’d enjoy it! Overall, a lovely experience. I will definitely be going back. My only complaint is for such a lovely restaurant there’s only one bathroom per gender and with sliding doors allowing barely any privacy. But that’s literally my only complaint and seeing how it’s Vegas and there’s bathrooms every 100 feet it’s not a deal breaker on anything. Check this spot out :)"
"I selected Zuma for a dinner while hosting clients from a conference. We shared an incredible 14 course meal with some of the most unique and delicious flavor and texture combinations I’ve never tasted. Our server was incredible and we could see the chefs smiles and collaboration and the prepared our food… We were treated to the most amazing dessert I have ever seen… hard to describe, but certainly one of the most phenomenal meals I have ever had."
"We went to Zuma on a weekday in the evening without reservation. It was easy to get a place at the bar, where we could watch the cooks prepare parts of our meals. While the service was not always as professional as we were hoping for, the food itself was outstanding. From the first course over the main course, every bit was a culinary masterpiece. The price is massive though."
"We have now been to Zuma 3 times. So I have felt that I've given it ample tries to know how we feel about it. The most recent time we got mostly sushi as well as the wagyu steak. Not all rolls are created equal that's for sure. We highly recommend their special which is topped by tuna. It was not on menu but definitely their best roll. Their skirt steak order slightly less cooked that what you want. As all three times we went if we ordered medium it was medium well. Medium rare it was medium and rare it was medium rare. We ordered a total of 6 steaks over the course of 3 meals. All but one were off from the requested cook. Their fish is super fresh and does not taste or smell fishy at all. Their cocktails are fun but not for me. I prefer a super boring Japanese whiskey with a smidgen of water. Of which they have a decent selection. Lastly if you like black cod you need to try theirs as it is melt in your mouth delicious. Enjoy!"
