"25 minutes I waited for one person in the same department. Still never came back. So I decided to leave. While at check out, he's standing by the bathroom, chatting it up. To make it even better, 8 employees standing by the customer service return area talking. Makes it easier to shop on Amazon."
"Not of a lot of assistance on the floor. And the wood cutting machine should have an Assistance button! I waited over 20 min because the 1 wood cutter was at the front of the store. He did apologize which was nice, but he'd have been there earlier if head know someone needed wood cut which is why there needs to be a button next to the wood cutter machine. I even pressed the button for the ceiling tile and no one came."
"The attendant would not give the 20% discount all inflatables were supposed to have. On the sign it doesn’t say “off original price” it just says 20% off all inflatables. Terrible customer service. If you’re not going to honor your promotions why put them?"
