"I was in on Friday the 1st and Sean was there he was super helpful and friendly and got me the cord I needed as well as told me so much about the apple watches I ended up buying one, if you go here I definitely recommend getting Sean to help you!"
"Cool place"
"Such very very rude management, Ive been to this target ever since they opened and never did i have to deal with any issues, but twice these last two months Ive had to deal with the managenment that they have here i recall the managers name as Katrina. i dont see myself shopping at this target again, such a pity to have management like this at such a lovely store"
"The floor service people are nice but typically useless. When asked to help you find an item they will either send you on a wild goose chase or wander around the store with you to where they "think" it "might" be. In addition, their policies are in place to benefit Target, not the customer. For example, many times I have had a cashier "forget" to scan my 5% off discount card before he/she presses the total button, even though the card has been sitting in front of him/her the entire time the order was processed. The discount cannot be applied if the cashier presses total first. Yesterday, I put a Target gift card up by the card scanner so the cashier would know I was using one. He proceeded with scanning my order and I proceeded to scan my Target Red Card (as I always do while my order is being processed; always.) After he pressed total he looked at the card and asked if I was planning on using it; I told him I was since it was obviously laying there for a reason. He then told me I could not use it since he already totaled the order and I had already scanned my Red Card. I told him he should have told me that when I put the card up there in the beginning. His response to me, the customer, was a curt "Well, I don't see how that's my fault, but you still can't use the gift card." My husband and I are both out of work and I was counting on using that gift card to help with the grocery bill but thanks to the boy at register # 18 on 8/7/12 at 6:45 pm (didn't catch his name) I was not able to use it and the money came out of my checking account. This cashier defensive, rude, and has no idea what customer service is. He is the reason I will be taking my $200-$300 a week business to Walmart or Cub Foods. Pity ... Target is so much closer."
"Target gives great cust service when it comes to u buying stuff. As soon as u need help its policy this and policy that. I was 4 days past their 90 day return exchange and my wife and I recieved duplicate gifts off their baby registry and they refused to do anything. I told them all I wanted was store credit. Jerks said no. That was 5 years ago and I havent shopped at target since. Walmart is kinda trashy yeah but they go out of their way to make me happy."
