"They always have what we need (and a few extra things) for very good prices! Great customer service too! Any concern that we have had (only two times in almost 20 years), they addressed the issue right away."
"Second time I’ve gotten a pink chicken. Second time getting food poisoning. Saw my pic got taken down so here it is again.when taking the leg apart it was pink all thru out the leg."
"Good selection and decent prices. The help is not very knowledgeable. Two different folks did not know where the printer paper was, and I am not sure one knew what I was asking for. Neither tried to find someone else to help me. The person at the door to check my receipt was not very nice, pretty blunt and did not acknowledge my greeting. Maybe just seasonal help? Does not reflect well on the store. Also, the box of instant breakfast was leaking powder, and the hamburger buns I bought had what appeared to be Bagle toppings in-between them."
"I have been meaning to write this review for months. I have thought of this experience every week or two that I return to this club and am finally getting around to writing it. My sister and her three young kids, my self, and my newborn were at this Sam’s club for a first outing after welcoming my daughter to the family. We were followed in by a gentleman that we felt purposefully followed close enough to look like he was with us and didn’t get asked to show his member card as he walked in (red flag #1) This gentleman then was often in the same aisle of the store as us (red flag #2), including the checkout, but never actually buying anything (red flag #3). He was often on the phone while trailing behind us. It gave me the full body something isn’t right chills. After checking out my sister and I decided to sit at the tables and get some pizza in hopes this would buy us time between the guy leaving and us leaving. He didn’t. He sat at the table behind us. He never purchased any food to eat either (red flag #4). At this point I decided to try to look directly at him rather than avoid him. I thought if he was aware that I knew of his presence and my surroundings that he would back off. But it got even scarier when this led to him just staring at us. He wasn’t even trying to be secretive. (red flag #5). I felt like crying. He even went as far as standing up when we did to throw away our trash and sitting back down when we did. I have never experienced this type I’d fear before. My sister and I felt out numbered. We had no idea how we would get 4 kids in a car and in car seats and all of our groceries while feeling safe. Now to the positive review finally (ha sorry).. We decided to ask a very tall man that I believe was a manger near the exit to walk us out and told him we were creeped out. He didn’t question us or tell us it was too busy.. He walked us, the four kids, and our massive two carts of groceries to our car, and waited for us to load the kids and helped us play load the groceries tetris (other parents know this is no quick couple minute process). Then took our carts so we didn’t have to walk away from the vehicle full of kids, and saw our vehicle got out of the lot. He was very clearly extra focused on our surroundings through the whole process. I am so grateful for him during this experience and think of him every time we shop at Sam’s!"
"I went close to closing time and did not feel rushed by anyone. There was an item that was not clearly marked, and it was more than I thought. I was headed to the back of the store, and a manager asked if there was something he could help me with. I explained the confusing pricing and I was returning it to the shelf. He said I didn't need to do that. He then asked a cashier to adjust the price even though I had checked out with Scan and Go (which I love! ). Good customer service, which I've found often when shopping there."
