"It was nice canoeing from St. Francis to Ramsey. The trip took much longer since the water level was low. The three stars were due to the fact there were many areas in the river where there were used tires being dumped there by some irresponsible people. I lost count after more than 100."
"Nice place to launch a kayak or canoe. I go here often on kayaking trips with Rum River Kayaking. If you go on a weekend, go early because tubers fill the parking lot by around 11am. Mostly quite during the week. Great stretch of river to Rum River Central Park. Oh, and it's free parking."
