"This was an experience in rudeness compounded by incompetence. We are buying shoes for our granddaughter. We ask if someone would please measure her foot. We are told “we don’t do that”. When we ask for the foot measuring devise so we could do it ourselves, the clerk responds; “it doesn’t work.” We ask, “what do you mean?”. She responds, “it’s not accurate.” Despite that, we use it ourselves and get the foot size and width. We ask for a size 12. This same clerk brings out two pairs of size 12. We ask if these are wide since “ her foot measures triple e wide” The clerk tells us that she does “not know what triple e means.” Finally, we buy a pair of shoes and after we pay, our granddaughter wants to walk out with her new shoes on. The clerk tells us that our granddaughter needs to take the shoes off so she can get the size. I remind her that she gave us a size 12. Nevertheless she insists that both shoes are removed so she can verify the size. The whole time the clerk does not remove herself from behind the desk. All in all a most unpleasant buying experience."

"Well I came in for one item and walked out with 4.... the sales associate was very nice and kind, she was very helpful with what I needed. She also went beyond the normal sales associate. She was very cool about everything. Even the patients of my son. I could not ask for a better experience of a store like this one. There was no line and I was in and out of the store."
