"This Starbucks location is on the UNLV campus! I've been coming to this location for the past 4 years, and all the staff have been phenomenal, especially Caroline, who goes above and beyond in customer service. At times, you will see a long line, but that's understandable considering the large population of students coming in and out of the Student Union. Overall, the staff is great, and the service is nice! Oh, and the drinks taste good too :)"

"This place is garbage. I broke my ankle on Thursday and couldn’t make it to class, so a friend recorded and took notes for me, as a thank you I wanted to get her a drink. They messed up her drink but she liked the taste so she didn’t complain & they messed up my drink but it was (10am Monday) peak hours so I didn’t wana go back to complain either. I also ordered a burrito, walked all the way to lot F on a broken ankle to my car, before opening the bag and realizing I got a sandwich. Tried calling but no one answered so I had to walk all the way back on a broken ankle just to get my food right. The kids at this place have probably never had a job in their life & have just gone to school on mommy and daddy’s dollar. I’m not a big coffee drinker anyways so I will definitely never be going here again."

"This Starbucks is the worst! I have been here twice in the last month and both times on Saturdays, as I’m waiting for my Fiancé to finish something for her weekend classes. The first time, they kicked me out of the lobby at two O’clock, which is fine as that is the closing time posted on the door; it was a little inconvenient but I understood. Today, I was told at 12:50 that the lobby was closing at 1:00 PM, this is unprofessional and, as a paying customer, I have a right to be there until closing so long as I have paid for something. I was a fast food worker for a long time and I know they want to close and clean things up and close early but this is Ridiculous! You close at 2 keep it that way!"

"One of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I get they’re busy but you could at least get the drinks right and not claim I’m in the wrong when I try to get my drink fixed. This isn’t the first Starbucks I’ve been to I know how the drink I get every time is supposed to taste. I watched them make it and the guy lies to my face saying they added heavy cream when my drink was given to me looking like straight coffee in the cup nothing added but the syrup. Stop somewhere else for coffee before class."

"This is the slowest Starbucks on earth. I’m sure it’s a combo of factors but def don’t expect anything to be rushed especially from 2-4"
