"This location just keeps getting worse. Fries are soggy and limp gross especially since I ordered with no salt so that they would be fresh. Order thru the app.and it take 15 minutes for the good to come.out cold and soggy when I am spending over $40 I expect the food to be decent. Get your staff under co trol"

"I did my own order, should of used the app. Took a card to put at my table and still got a Togo bag and they called out the receipt number. Why make me take a card, or ask if I'm eating in if you're going to ignore what I said and make me go get my food anyways."

"Went to order food in drive thru, there’s 2 lanes so we went to the one on the left to come and find out after waiting for so long that it wasn’t working. We couldn’t back out and leave since there were cars behind and infront so we ordered 2 separate mobile order instead. When we went to the window we were obviously aware that it wouldn’t be ready on time but then she asked for our order number and my boyfriends was already ready so she gave it to us but for the second one she made us go around the whole line just to get the second order since it wasn’t ready. We were right next to the speaker and me and my boyfriend were having a conversation about the situation and how frustrating it was which she heard and all of the sudden she’s talking in the speaker asking what our order number is like I thought 10 minutes ago when we were asking if we can order or if the speaker was broken no one could take a second to say something and not make us look like an idiot taking to ourselves out there. And when we finally got back to the window, she read out my order and I told her it was wrong then proceed to give me the wrong order then went back to get a different bag just for me to open it and have it wrong again."

"Went through the drive thru and ordered 4 large fries and a six piece nuggets. They gave me 3 large fries. The amount of fries served would be generous to call it a small fries with how few they put in. They forgot the nuggets, I had to go back through to get them. One of these days I HOPE I get a large fries when I order them."

"Ordered delivery and the food was awful. They forgot a ten piece nugget, the fries were limp and disgusting, and the quarter pounder with cheese was a charcoal briquette that had been sitting under a heat lamp. Why do I give them chance after chance? Ugh"
