"the lady Lainie made my 3 drinks. The frappes were watery, they were not icey as they should have been. There were a few other things in our in counter that made me rate this 1 start, however I don't have the patience right now to type all of it. We're all employees of some kind of business. please teach these employees to leave their ego, attitude, or just bad energy at the door before they clock in."

"At most Starbucks I’ve been to they don’t scan my code like 10+ times in a row. The lady at the window scanned my account code that many times no exaggeration and didn’t even know the amount I owed. She seemed all over the place and her nails was VERYYYYY DIRTY. I’m not judgmental but I’m talking a inch of dirt under her nails handing me my drink which wasn’t even made right after the trouble I went through. She seemed new and frantic. She was very filthy and hands looked unwashed. I threw the drink away because ew and also it wasn’t even correct. I can’t believe they had somebody that dirty working window. The hygiene shocked me the most and her customer service was awful. Terrible. I’ll never go back to this location. I’m a bit traumatized lol"
