"The black lady night shift cashier was very rude and disrespectful never going to this place again. She had an attitude I don’t no why I understand working minimum wage but if you are working at the register then you need to be respectful with all customers who come to the store or maybe she is racist because she is good based on the race of someone who comes to the store. If you wanna get disrespect to go this store"
"Showed up for a shift smart shift and the lady working was so busy flirting with the pespi vendor. When she finally acknowledged me she was very rude. Told me that they dont “do shift smart”, but the shift was available on the shift smart app which is why I signed up for it. I tried to ask her to reach out to the manager so that I wouldn’t be penalized on shift smart and she rudely cut me off, not any help at all and totally wasted my time and bus fare. These stores definitely need to reevaluate who they have working there and running things if the managers are never going to be on site. Circle K is not what it used to be. How do you guys not “do shift smart” when the shift popped up and I was able to accept it? Just horrible."
"I'd give negative stars. How can you not sell cigarettes to a person with an out of state valid ID, just because it wouldn't scan in your ridiculous system (who is clearly above the age limit)! Like a 45 year old man, and then when we tried to buy it with IDs that would scan because we are all well above age, you deny the sale? Ridiculous. What's the power trip for?"
"I am in Las Vegas on vacation. Stopped by the Circle K to buy something to drink and spirits. The lady that was working behind the counter by the name of amber was not only extremely rude, refused to sell me alcohol when I was completely sober and of a sound mind because a friend of mine didn’t have their ID on them. we are both way above age as I am 53 years old and she is 43, but she refused to sell me alcohol cause she couldn’t produce an ID when she does not even drink, how can a company conduct business like this. Do everything you can to avoid the store take your business elsewhere where you could be treated a customer side should be treated respectfully and with appreciation. I only gave the score of one rating because it has to have some kind of rating at all, but I’d avoid this place by at all cost. Not even to mention that the only reason we went in there was a buy Slushies, and all the slushy machines were. Apparently amber is too lazy to get them running."
"What a unpleasant lady behind the counter. Pure rude!! There was no sign saying the cream was 10cents each??? I bought so I took 5?? She explained I need to pay for those and they are not free. No problem understand there is a cost but it is how she said it. Like I was steeling or something. Paid her and then of course she had a snotty Have a nice day. What BS. What is wrong with her to be so mad!!!!"
