"My ex/father of my child loves shopping for our son here. While this place is a little expensive, the clothes are worth buying. We visited this place a couple weeks ago, and my ex had bought 5 items and he paid almost $300 for all of it. That's a lot. But like I said, it's worth it. The materials are really good and their selection of clothes are a mixed of classy and casual which is good. If you're looking for good quality clothes for your little ones, check this place out."

"Visited the store located in Fashion Show mall. Was so excited to actually visit the store because I order online from them. Was completely turned off at the sales clerk following me around the store staring at me and watching me and my little ones. Never have I felt so unwelcome and unwanted in a store. Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything from them."

"Horrible service! Rude employees! We were hoping to purchase clothes from Janie and Jack at the Fashion Show Mall for my daughter. When requesting (from Sarah the manager) the correct size for my daughter, she said that she was too busy to get it at the moment and gave instructions to return to the store in half an hour when she had another sales person to help! After a wasted half an hour later, passing time at the Lego store, the newly arrived sales person was there. So, when asking the sales person to retrieve the correct size for my daughter, Sarah the manager rushed in a rude scolding manner that the sales person had just arrived on her shift! It was sad to have to leave the store without any Janie and Jack clothing! However, in the same mall was Nordstrom where we received prompt and courteous service. On top of the great experience of Nordstrom, we were able to get my daughter some very nice clothes! If you visit the Fashion Show Mall, I highly recommend passing on Janie and Jack and going straight to Nordstrom. You will be treated with class at Nordstrom where the experience is in a much higher category."
