"I can't believe I ordered n pay for 2 venti hot matchas and come home just to find out they didn't even fill it up. It was more like a grande not a venti. I called n it just rings/no answer. Ughh really disappointed."

"So today, around 10:00 AM, I went to the Starbucks on Pecos and Bonanza. I ordered two drinks; one was a Venti hot white chocolate Mocha with the ad shot. The second drink was a Venti shaken espresso with hazelnut, and both drinks were not good. The hot drink tasted like milk, cream, and a little to no coffee. The ice-shaking espresso didn't even taste like coffee. I went to the drive-through and ordered when I tasted my coffee in the front. I let a gentleman know that it wasn't good. And to be honest with you, both drinks were not made well. It's probably the second time this week they don't get my order, right? They remade my coffee and it was made even worse than the first time."

"One of the baristas let me know that I'm not allowed to buy caramel and I'm not allowed to get a pop cup. Made me feel very little and was very mean. She said I would have to talk to a manager and she did not care. I know this place is new but the one on Bonanza and Eastern is so much better. They actually care."

"Great new location next to grocery shopping, gas and a few eateries. Only downfall is that mobile ordering is not always available. However it is new so they are probably still finding their groove."

"I don't know if it's because it's a new location or what it is but this starbucks sucks. the worst I've been to. Unfortunately its the closest starbucks to my house by a lot, so I've been many times and it's not been one experience, it's been several many times that I walk away from here feeling like I got robbed. They never give you extra of what you ask for, even if you pay extra for it and when it's wrong, they act like they don't want to remake it and argue with you. I just got a carmel macchiato with cold foam and extra carmel drizzle, there is no carmel and it doesn't even taste like there is any coffee in it at all. I love paying $8 for a cup of milk, topped with frothed milk. I've said im never coming back to this location again before but I'm sticking to it this time."
