"I visited this Starbucks location on 15 February 2024, I ordered a Customized Iced Shaken Espresso w/ Oatmilk 2 Pumps of Mocha Sauce, Caramel Brulée Topping, 3 Pumps of LC's via the App. My Drink was made perfectly and included everything I ordered and was ready in the Pickup Area when I arrived which shows great customer service!! The workers were also very friendly, Told me 'Hello' and Asked Me 'How I Was Doing' which made me feel welcomed to be there! I will definitely be a returning guest here in the future!"

"Filthy place. None of the usb charging stations work. workers up front need to improve their hygiene. hair untidy. sloppy dress. been all over the world and its shocking how this starbucks looks."

"I don't know what's up with the young Indian woman working the drive thru tonight on 1/21 but she didn't even give me a straw for a Frappuccino (I had to ask for it) and I watched as this worker gave what was presumably my drink to the driver ahead of me. The driver gave it back, and I looked in horror at what appeared to be some liquid residue around the opening of the lid (did the driver drink from it?). This drive thru worker couldn't even be bothered to change lids to hide her mistake? Let alone, admit it to me? To add insult to injury, she didn't even put a sleeve around the cup for a hot beverage (again, I had to ask). I feel violated. The health department needs to investigate this place. Some serious retraining needs to be done. This is the last time I'm going to this Starbucks. I'll just go to Sunrise Coffee House just up the road."

"Love this location! They're very friendly, and extremely understanding about the fact that it's difficult to hear at the drive-thru while low flying aircraft are overhead. They seem to actually appreciate us giving them our business. Last time I was there, I ordered a holiday Caramel Brulee latte via mobile order using the app. They had my drink ready for me, and were very pleasant when I also asked for ice water. We appreciate the staff, and hope that they know it."

"I understand that online ordering is a popular and convenient method for people but it makes it impossible for walking customers to get any kind of service. I stood in that store for 20 minutes, watching all the workers make drinks for people who weren’t even there yet. I feel like if someone takes the time to drive to the store, Park and go in and order that their order should be made at the time it is placed, so busy doing online orders that they neglect their walk-in customers they had people outside taking drive-through orders other than that the walk-ins were left to wait and wait I’m tired of being late for work because of online orders taking priority over walk in customers I will no longer frequent Starbucks on Pecos and Sunset"
