"Food was burnt and extremely cold. Chicken looked like someone picked through it. I asked for the garlic butter on the crust but you can tell it wasn’t added. Was on hold for over an hour and it hung up. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Tracker was a joke. Said it delivered days ago. It kept saying the driver was 3 minutes away for 20 minutes. I need a refund. My family is not eating this."

"I ordered from this location about a year ago and Today March 8, 2024 I remember why I hated their service the first time and will NEVER order from this location again. My first experience: I received someone else order completely and their order cost way less than what I ordered. Calling them do not help because they never pick up their phone. When you call your not calling the store you’re calling their call center but even after being transferred the actual store does not pick up. Today experience: I just never got my order at all. It said it was delivered but I got nothing. I even looked around to see if it was at someone else’s door but nope. I called from 3 phones at the same time and I was on hold for 1hr and 16 minutes by that time I had ordered from Domino’s and everybody was done eating and they still hadn’t answered the phone. Their service sucks. I will now be disputing the over $70 transaction."

"The amount of toppings on their pizzas has been reduced dramatically. I had a large pepperoni, sausage and mushroom. I actually counted only eight slices of mushroom, ten pieces of sausage, and fifteen slices of pepperoni. This has happened the last three times. We won’t be back."

"I ordered my pizza family box dinner at 4:53 it got here at 6:15 it was burnt, cold, and look like it was tossed around. I've been trying to call for the last 40 minutes and still nobody answers or to keep putting me on hold. Never again. "Ordered my pizza 30mins before arriving and it still was not completed. The workers kept telling me 15mins and than 12mins it turned into a whole 45-1hour for the pizza to be finished! Poor customer care and they just kept looking at me and not showing any concern! I will definitely be following up with whoever Ken Howe is because I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Pizza was for my kids that ended up being sleep by the time the pizza was even ready for me to take out. Very unprofessional!!! They even have a sign for satisfaction guarantee"
