"I usually order on the app and pick up in drive through! They have a separate lane for mobile orders so it's super fast (I swear I'm in and out of the drive through in a couple minutes). The donuts are addicting, and the girls who work there are so nice. No complaints"

"Over all, amazing experience! I come here every week and every time, it is amazing! I am able to order my own food and drinks and customize what I want. I am able to fix anything that I want to make sure it is exactly how I will enjoy it. The employees are very friendly and make sure to clarify my order to me before handing it to me. I am always receiving my order quickly. I never used to be much of a Dunkin fanatic, but now I cannot go a week without it! It is also cheap so I can just grab a quick thing to boost me all at a lower price. I can also buy stuff for my friends as well!!"

"I know these issues are nationwide, not only this location. That said- whoever's idea to make yourselves cashless & self checkout & ordering all the customers job now is ridiculous. 7workers behind the counter standing around while there's a line of customers behind both registers trying to order themselves food using a POintOfSale system that is foreign to us. Excuse me?! How come no one trained me to use this system before I was forced to figure it out or I won't get to eat anything? Oh & btw after all the ordering drama, I'm also cashless, sorry you wasted 15mins ordering to only be cancelled cuz you only have cash to pay. Yeah great idea to have all these people touching the screens one after another & then I get to eat my donuts with my filthy hands now that there's germs from everyone else too. Yuck. I'll pass. It's only a matter of time, this isn't going to work out DD. Also your portion sizes are not realistic for what you charge."
