"Went for BOGO drink, waited in line for 20min, while taking my order 1min got past 6pm and says can’t take BOGO no more. Alright, that was fine. Ordered lavender matcha, drink came out, doesn’t even look right and looks like someone sipped on it, looking 1/3 empty. Very disappointed, they definitely need quality education and improvement.
