"Wayyyyyyy too much ice!! Come on Starbucks the drink was $7 too"
"Sucks. I'm used to Starbucks in San Francisco giving me a 10c discount and using my personal/keep cup. Here, they do not. What's worse, they are pushing their "reusable" cups, which they will not accept in their own cafes !!!. On what planet does this make sense? Is Starbucks in Nevada pursuing some landfill target?"
"Regular Starbucks menu & prices. This one is located in / near the Lobby of the MGM Grand. Had to come here since the Starbucks on the Casino-floor closes really early.. Staff was nice and quick. 2 coffees and one iced drink took less than 3 minutes to come out."
"Extremely bad service. All of the staff was in horrible moods, complaining about their job and the customers. It took over 20-min to get my drink and that is not an exaggeration I invite Starbucks to pull the security footage to timestamp my interactions for training. Per the sticker in the photo I completed my order at 3:30:02pm I was able to walk away with my order at 3:51pm. In my time waiting for my drink I watched 3 other people complain about the quality of their orders. One in particular ordered no whip cream on her frappé and when the customer brought this to the employee, the Starbucks employee rolled her eyes, huffed, opened the cup scraped the whip off (she did put a new lid on the cup) but then shoved the cup back to the customer and said “HERE, Better?” I think the customer was so shocked she didn’t know what to do. I asked the employee at 3:46 if they forgot about my drink, I was told they will get to it when they get to it. I watched everyone before me and after me in line all walk away with their drinks and 7 other people get their drinks within moments of ordering. I then asked for a refund and I was told they don’t do refunds! Several minutes later after completing several more drinks I was shoved my drink from across the counter and another “HERE!” Was rudely stated to me with an accompanying, “if you didn’t notice, we were busy and several orders were before you!” Yes, they were busy. It is not an excuse to be rude to customers. I wish they would have at the very least apologized for the wait or thanked me for being patient. I only went to the counter one time in all of that. Super frustrating when we pay such a high cost for a tea or coffee. Do better"
"Update 10/3/23 The open timing on Google maps for this location is wrong. They open at 5:00 a.m. 12/8/22 Looks like this particular location has been closed down. Another Starbucks a few steps away has opened up. 12/10/21 This morning I came here at 6:15 a.m. still a long line already. Even though they open at 6:00 a.m. Not sure why they cannot enable mobile ordering at least for folks who just want to quickly order some coffee. 12/9/21 These guys are really overwhelmed. The line this morning (7:30 am) took 30 minutes to get a cup of black coffee and cost almost $5. It just makes sense to have a separate line for people who just want a cup of regular coffee but then again, Starbucks specializes in fancy concoctions and that's what they want you to buy which takes time to make. As big and amazing as these hotels like MGM Grand are, their decision to not provide a simple coffee machine in the room is very very disappointing. It's been like this for at least a couple of decades that I can remember that there has not been a coffee machine in their rooms so I don't see that changing obviously. if someone could somehow find a solution for a portable coffee machine rental to be used in properties like these, I think that service would really take off."
