"DRIVE THRU ONLY!!! I'm not from around here but I am an avid starbies customer. I conducted a MOBILE ORDER and to my not so happy surprise it was a drive thru only starbucks. NOW WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS, WHY DO I HAVE TO SIT IN A LONG LINE OF CARS FOR AN ORDER I PLACED AHEAD OF TIME FOR THE VERY REASON TO NOT HAVE TO SIT IN THE DRIVE THRU!? IT LITERALLY DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE of mobile ordering. How about a suggestion for all your loyal customers.... make your sign known.... 1. PLACE HUGE SIGNS ON BOTH SIDES SAYING ITS A DRIVE THRU ONLY STARBUCKS.... 2. WHY NOT ADD A PICK UP WINDOW WITH CERTAIN HOURS OF OPERATIONS with proper signage 3. UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE AND YELP AND PUT THAT ITS A DRIVE THRU ONLY???? idk maybe think about the customers just a bit. You can compromise to make it work for the safety of your employees( since this is the reason why its drive thru only im assuming) and still keep your guests satisfied. .... ya know just some thoughts. Coming from a very long time and loyal customer of strabucks. Dont believe me ask them the amount of STARS i have accumulated in just the past year alone speaks for itself. >> dont judge me!!"
"Please update your Google info to say "drive through only." Just drove here needing to get coffee an use the wifi. Wasted my time. BTW Starbucks was like one of the first franchise coffee lounges. A drive through Starbucks takes away the experience."

"I was surprised there was a Starbucks built conveniently close, I had stopped by and the drinks were made good and so were the muffins and chocolate croissant. Also the worker that was serving me thru drive thru was really nice she recommended me the mocha cookie frapp which I recommend on trying! :)"
