"Great place to eat. Great place to get breakfast in the morning. It's nice a quiet. The only thing I didn't like was I asked the hostes to sit me in the back because it was just me. She acted like it was a big problem. Then when I sat down she walked over to my waiter and said she asked to be put back here and rolled her eyes. Other than that it was awesome. My waiter was great."

"Solid hotel cafe food with some apparent management issues. From the start it just seemed like no one really wanted to work there. Took about 10 minutes for the waiter to show up - and he was in hurry to take our order and move on. Overall he was fine, but service was very mediocre. All-around, staff seemed bummed and not too excited to be there. Not much hospitality going on. Actually the first staff contact after being seated was to gruffly be told not to move my head as an accented server carried a full tray right by my head. Nice. Then, I saw it, and it made sense. The apparent manager came walking out during our meal and she looked right at my empty drink glass - and just frowned and walked into the back. A moment later our server came out to offer a refill and quickly delivered before rushing off to take another order. Yeah. When you work food service and your manager is corrective and critical without lifting a finger to help, it really sets a bad tone - and yeah, it makes people not too excited to be there."

"This is a great little restaurant for breakfast. The food was delicious and the service was super. My waitress, Juana, took very good care of me and my coffee was never empty. I highly recommend this place if you are in the Westgate Hotel."

"It's so nice to sit and relax, chat, great coffee, wonderfully generous servings. If you want a fast meal, go to a fast food restaurant. The service is fantastic. Depending on how busy, you might have to be patient because everything is made to order. I've had everything from simple breakfast, coffee & toasted bagel w/fruit cup... to a enormous sandwich, fries, coleslaw, ice tea. Every meal was great!!! By the second day, the server remembered my name, so sweet. As for price, if you have a players card, depending on your play, you can get your meal comped. Remember, when in Vegas tip your servers well... these people work very hard. Cheers from Texas"

"The prime rib was horrible. I don't usually complain, but It was so tough and dry. I had difficulty cutting it with a steak knife. The vegetables were cold and not cooked. I just wanted to leave, but the service was so slow that I had to sit there for over 20 minutes to get my check, and it wasn't even very busy. Sorry Sid's, maybe it was a bad night, and I hope you improve."
