"The Maryland location near UNLV will always get 5 stars from me. The morning crew is phenomenal. I don't go daily but they seem to recall my drink order when I do go in. That's beyond impressive considering how many customers they encounter shift after shift. They operate efficiently, super pleasant and gracious. It's like they understand that we're all looking for the best way to get our day going. We chose this location and they don't take that for granted. Recommended drink not listed below. Grande Hot Cafe Mocha with two pumps Chai. Pairs well with banana nut loaf. Thank me later."

"My mobile order didn't print out stickers, so the baristas never got my order. It wasn't ready when I got there. Then they made it wrong. The second attempt didn't taste much better and was basically a cup of ice. Staff were nice, but there were only two folks behind the counter. They have good hours, though."
