"My order took 2 hours and 48 mins to arrive. I ordered spaghetti with sausage and a side salad. Was told 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. At the 2 hr mark I called just to be told that my order was on its way. I called back at 2.5 hrs to cancel the order and was told a manager had to do that and they weren't in today. My order arrived and it was two Italian subs with fries. It wasnt worth the hassle to call a third time. The fries were cold and the bread was hard."

"Found flyer under hotel room door. Ordered, overcharged and arrived after 2 hours. Provided payment info over the phone, and next day my card details were used for fraudulent transactions. Avoid at all costs."

"I ordered hot wings. Not only did it take well over an hour despite being told 30-40 minutes, but the wings were DRY. completely DRY. Not just in terms of the quality of the meat, but as in there was a grand total of ZERO sauce on them. I had to go back downstairs to the resort casino, to a completely random and unaffiliated bar and grill, JUST to get some buffalo sauce from THEM. When I order hot wings, I expect them to be TOSSED IN HOT OR BUFALLO SAUCE. Or to at LEAST have the sauce on the side. But no. Not here. Tiny, pathetic, dry, sandpapery chicken with absolutely NO sauce to help its case whatsoever. To top it all off It cost well over 20 dollars after their ridiculous $9 delivery fee. Spare yourselves the trouble and dissatisfaction, I don't often recommend it, but DoorDash or Uber Eats would be a far better option than these guys."

"Ordered delivery, pizza and garlic bread, 2 waters and side of ranch. Told hour to hour 15 min wait. Took an extra 15 min, no worries there, that I get. Missing 3 items we ordered. We can deal without the waters and ranch, but the cold pizza and bread sticks for over $50 is beyond unreasonable. When I called to ask for refund for the missing items, I informed them the food was also cold and they just said they would tell the manager, no apology. Almost like it was normal. Honestly my fault for not reading the reviews first, they stuck the menu in our hotel room door. Guess it's the only way they can make money. Surprised to see something that was reasonably priced...found out why. Was planning on ordering tomorrow night but that definitely will not happen. BTW the garlic bread is bad cold, can't imagine it would even be good warm, glad the ranch didn't come, would have most likely gotten sick from that. Do better. EDIT: they have not refunded money, when I called to get it sorted out they told me to call another number I asked why, asked him to repeat himself as to why since I didn't understand and he just hung up on me. Also they over charged me by almost $10, they had said $53 on the phone and I was charged $62."
