"With this place, they listen to exactly what it is that you want and if they didn’t hear you, you’re able to tell them one more time respectfully and they will help you make sure you tip them too. I always get pink drink no ice with extra extra strawberries, it helps with my milk with me breast-feeding, and these people do a great job with listening to my order. also get a butter croissant warmed up."

"Today, 9/22, I made my first order online and picked it up. What a disappointment as I didn't get what I expected to get. I ordered Pumpkin Spice Frappucino and Ham & Swiss on BAGUETTE. What I received is not a baguette. (see the pics). One is from their website, and the other one (which looks like a croissant) is the one I got! I think this people should go to France first and learn what a baguette is! It's nowhere close to a baguette! - What I got is more like a croissant that is very small (like 2-3 bites!)"
