Pizza Hut,

"I will never order delivery from this place again. Took 2 hrs to get it. Had to call the driver to see if he was coming. Tried calling pizza hut and no one answers. By the time I got the food it was freezing cold and I had to walk to the car to get it. Driver handed it out threw the window. Very unprofessional. Still have not gotten pizza hut on the phone"

"This Pizza Hut is trash. Unfortunately it's the closest one to me but every time I order from here there's a problem... the driver gets lost, or they take 2 hours to deliver your food and it's cold when it gets to you, or they just cancel your order with no reason given. Today, against my better judgment, I ordered a pizza. First, the delivery driver showed up, the pizza was not in a pizza bag so it was cold and he didn't have change. All I had was $40... so I just paid $40 for a cold dry pizza. I figured I could call the pizza hut and speak to a manager about this... but when I called, it took me to a call center who transferred me to a line that keeps you on hold for about 15 minutes then hangs up. I called 3 times... the same thing happened. I usually don't write a review, but there's no other way to get this information to someone since they don't answer their phone. I doubt they will see this or care."

"Working from home on a Sunday and decided to indulge by ordering delivery. The online ordering was quick and came on time. However, I had received a notification that my address may be hard to find (I put in the instructions that my apartment was in the back of the building, up the stairs). I called the driver's number that was texted to me and unfortunately, he didn't understand English and so I couldn't direct him. He called me when he got to my street but again, there was a language barrier. I had to get dressed, lock my door, go down the stairs and meet him on the street. I might as well have just picked up myself. The wings and fries were acceptable but the pizza is severely undercooked. The dough is pretty much that, dough. I wouldn't call this a crust at all. I tried calling but gave up when no one answered."

"Just ordered pizza from this place for myself and my coworker, I'm supprised at the quality. We ordered the Big Dinner Box with wings and cheese sticks. Pizza was cold, pepperoni pizza was missing pepperoni in the middle when it should have been all over, Chicken wings were cold and dry and the sausage pizza tasted horrible, and to top it off there was no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. They also don't deliver to 5075 koval lane which is just down the street!!!!!"
